This video will show you how I remove the backhoe from a Kubota BX23S in order to install a Bush Hog or rear cutting deck. @maintenancewithmike #maintenancewithmike #kubota #landpride This video is for entertainment purposes only.
Or all the implements I have are quick attach compatible. I think I should be able to make something for the ones that aren’t though. Thanks for watching!
William, yes I plan on ordering the adjustable sway bars for sure. Unfortunately when I purchased the machine I didn’t order that quick hitch and all the drive line axles have been cut to length already. I think the quick attach would move the equipment out to far and need to replace all the drive lines. Thanks for watching!
Well, I tried to post some photos but it didn’t work here. It appears to be a standard 3 point connection. Thank you for doing the video and responding to me. Blessings
@@vernnickelson3997 your correct I wonder why they don’t allow photos? Would help a lot explain the situation. Glad you’ve got a plan or an idea or how it works. Cheers, Mike
Hmm I don’t think so. I’ve never broken an shear bolt so I doubt the axle is bent. Best I can figure is on the axle driveline there is a plastic shroud that goes over the whole thing. That is what your seeing wobbling not the axle itself. The cutter is pretty crude but it seams to run smoothly for sure. Thanks for watching and commenting! Much appreciated Cheers Mike
A quick hitch, and adjustable swaybar links are a huge timesaver on the 3 point hitch, even with the BX23S, if you want to use 3 point attachments, the quick hitch and the adjustable swaybar links are a major help...simply back the tractor up to your attachment raise the 3 point and drive away....I don't have to mess with those stupid swaybar turnbuckles anymore as I have the adjustable links, just pull a pin, and move the 3 point arms in or out depending on the attachment, and put the pin back in....With a quick hitch you rarely have to adjust them, I have a 3 point receiver hitch for trailers that don't work with the quick hitch, that's the only time I have to adjust those swaybar links. Quick hitch is a QH-05 from Land Pride...Messick's sells the adjustable swaybar links. They call them Telescopic Stabilizers....www.messicks.com/part/k2561-38300fr?vendorcode=fr09
