In doing clock repair one of the first steps you have to do is remove your clock motor from the clock case in order to get a couple measurements so you can get the correct replacement motor.
Typically, the way a clock motor is attached or fastened to the clock face is one with the hex nut to double-sided tape or possibly a collar nut.
Remember your old clock hands probably will not work. So when removing your clock hands you do not have to be very very careful.

Once the clock hands are removed you have to figure out how your clock motor is attached and take the appropriate action to remove it. You have to remove it in order to fix it.
Once you get the clock motor removed please don't worry about the clock manufacturer or model number. There is not a cross reference in the clock industry.
