This is quite straightforward especially if one partner is working. The main issue is getting a place quick enough since so many are looking for houses at the same time

Usually when you have the money to pay (in our case, 6 months upfront), they are happy to give you a house. Then, one partner must be working because they will show them that you won't be owing them rent. If these two are sorted, throw in the net applying for my house viewings, one will definitely say yes.

I am aware that London is quite expensive and so I advised against living in London. Where in your views can they stay and be okay, considering rent and environment. They have 2 kids.

As long as you can show that you earn well, that should be fine. Some landlords won't rent their house to you if you earn below a certain threshold.

You can come to the UK if you have your visa and look for a place to stay. Your family is a small one, so it should be okay as long as the house is a spacious one.

It shows the energy has room to be improved. The energy rating is from A - G. With A being most efficient and G being the least efficient. Hope this helps.
