The demand for travel nurses is at an all-time high right now. This looks like a great place to stay! It even has a washer and dryer, which would be so convenient.
I used a lease to own/ land contract,.it was a great option until I was ready to honor my balloon. The owner tried to back out of the deal! I spent 3 years in court, but finally I completed my purchase 4/2023. Like you I did all the work and improved the property almost double....hence owner wanting to back out. I would totally do it again! Even thou I had a greedy person, it was still worth it.
yes, it can be rough is the seller is less than honorable. If they don't want to show up at closing, it can be a problem. 👉Make sure you join our email list so you don't miss any exclusive trainings, events or Questions of the DAY: aw8d9fb.aweb.page/p/6cca7548-b8c4-4a7e-a6b6-9cdc9b706c48
Very informative video! I currently rent rooms out of my home to travel nurses in Baltimore County, Maryland. I’m now considering renting out the entire house to generate a much higher income on the property. I’m considering buying a small travel trailer/RV to hook up in my backyard for myself to live in on my property. Kris and Clarence do you think that would be a more affordable idea for me to live versus having to find a place?
Perfect idea I think... It would press on your utilities a tad since you are plugged in but I think staying in a tiny home on your property would be a spectacular option...
@@jabo2168 I down loaded the Furnish Finder app. It was created for traveling nurses, but there are other people like business travelers and students etc. Furnish Finders will give you all the info you will need.
Good evening thank you for the info as always coach but here is my concern I myself was about to do convert one of my rentals into a traveling nurse's type of rental. But someone suggested to me what in the event if 1 of the tenants gets covid and jeopardizes the other tenants because they have to share bathrooms and kitchens what do you do in that situation? What if all the tenants get covid because of one tenant? Can you be held liable for anything?
@@lareecooper2599 omg thank you soo much for this information on how to find customers are there any other sites ? Is this the best one to advertise? Thank you soo much for sharing,God bless you 🙏🏾💗

Well, some of us don't really want to own, or don't have enough down payment to buy. Some may just want to rent the place out in order to cashflow it. Both are good strategies
I had no luck with travel nurse. The nurses just wanted a room and pay no more than $300 to $600 a month. Terrible. I stop fooling with "travel nurses". And most did not want to pay a deposit.
YES, I'm finding that my biz partner on this house could NOT make it work either. I'll be taking back one house tomorrow as well. I'm not sure of the system how it works, but I'm going back to my tried and true, SECTION 8 my friend.
Hi I'm a homeowner interested in renting a beautiful private bedroom to a nurse in California but not sure where to start. Any ideas on what websites to use ?
