Can you talk about staying with friends or family members in low cost of living areas. My parents are retired and don’t know how they need to report “rental income” if I’m paying them market rate but market rate is extremely low
Excuse me do you know of any companies that offer housing on the faculty for people who don't drive because I'm about to start CNA class pretty soon and I don't have a license or car so I deeply appreciate if you know of any
I occasionally come across jobs that include housing on site. They are mostly long term care facilities. But unfortunately we don't staff CNAs. I have a contact that does if you want to shoot me an email noordinarypath@gmail.com
I LOVE IT! WE WERE JUST TALKING YESTERDAY ABOUT RENTING OUR HOME TO TRAVEL NURSES WHILE WE TRAVEL EACH SUMMER FOR 3-6 MONTHS. WE HAVE SEVERAL HOSPITALS HERE IN COLUMBIA, SC THAT ARE WITHIN 6-15 MILES.
Sadly you can't live in a walmart parking lot but I understand the sentiment. You can scramble, we have done it. But it does get stressful. I would agree don't accept if you are newer to RVing or not confident in making something work. For us we have done this long enough we just figure something out.
Travel nurses are still W2 employees. I'm not sure what the rules for write offs would be. We personally have quite a few because of NOP being an LLC but that's not connected to the travel jobs. If that makes sense. :)
My wife is wanting to travel nurse and camp. I'm thinking KOA as there's minimum standards they have to meet. I'd hate for her to wind up at a place that's sketchy or worried about theft.
Well, hopefully, we can help you out in all aspects! KOAs are a great place to land for a bit prior to checking other parks around. Koa can be a bit expensive in some areas of the country. If your wife needs a good recruiter Kristin is now working with Atlas directly and would love to help her out. Have her check this out if she's interested: www.noordinarypath.com/travelnursejobs
@@NoOrdinaryPath She's finishing her BSN and been watching your videos. Your videos are helping get her ready. That's a great idea about using the KOA as a landing while you scout other parks. Thanks for the tip!
