Why do you use only one loop across the first horizontal section and down the first vertical section but the bottom horizontal and final vertical section you use two loops?

Our local HS buys heavy duty plastic ties that are heavy enough to withstand the impact of lacrosse balls. They are approx 14" long and about 1/2" wide. I was hoping to find out where I can get them but i don't see anything on RU-vid. WRZ 2022-09-22

The beginning knot on the small individual net break, what type of knot is that called. I cannot see as your fingers were blocking.

Hi Tim, its called overhand knot. The overhand is the simplest of the single-strand stopper knots, and is tied with one end around its own standing part, its purpose being to prevent unreeving.
