This is really interesting failure, because you might think that everything works in the primary side, but it isn't the case. Failure might still be on the primary side, but only feedback part of the circuit. This is really helpful video for hopefully successful repair of smps and save money and environment. Great video as usual. Your all videos are good and informative. I also like to perform voltage test method because it's the most accurate and fastest way to find problems in SMPS. I use Blue ESR meter for test electrolytic capacitor's ESR Ohms value. Because most of the time capacitor tester or multimeter capacitor function cannot find bad capacitor. Their capacitance value also shows good but their internal ESR value goes high. I recommend you to buy any good ESR meter or ESR Tester.

I'm your 1K like! I liked seeing the inside of the capacitor. It's too bad that so many electronics are thrown into landfills due to cheap counterfeit capacitors. I had two shop light ballasts go bad in the same week due to capacitors! Thank you sir and have a nice weekend!
