Apologies as I never mentioned in the description, updating now! Their is a lot of discussion and not one specific value, but I'll go with 12Nm +- 2Nm. As I said once they're nice and snug, they should be okay, you can confirm that after a couple of days just in case, I hope this helps!
It's recommended to change it all together as if one goes bad, the rest usually follows. But in my personal experience, replacing one works perfectly fine too as they're expensive to do all together 😅
