I have a Sony CD player fitted similar to the JVC one you've fitted. If I want to swap it out with a Bluetooth CD player, do I just have to remove it and replace it with the Bluetooth player without changing any of the wires?

Excellent presentation! It helped me a lot to replace the radio-CD. Thank you very much for your work! I connected the black wire to the chassis of the car, more precisely I put the round terminal of the black wire under one of the screws that fix the frame of the radio. It works excellent.

It does t need to be re-coded so much as just un-coded then when it is plugged into a vehicle it automatically codes to the first vehicle ECU it meets
