I can't tell you how many times I've done the same thing @13:05 when working on my own 2018 Indian Scout Bobber (ISB). 😂 Thanks for posting this! I haven't had to replace the starter on my own ISB but at least now I know what's involved in the process. Doesn't look too difficult; more just a pain in that you have to drain and remove the radiator just to get to everything. :/ Your scout looks like it's a 2015/2016 that still has the oil cooler. On my ISB, the radiator line where the oil coolant line would go, it's still got the nub on the radiator where the line would attach, but it's got a plug on it (and it's called the drain plug in the service manual). The way you're *supposed* to fill the cooling system is to take off the gas tank, the air box, the frame rails, pinch off the overflow line, and use a vacuum bleeder on the system and vacuum fill it. Otherwise you end up having to do what you (and to be honest, I had to do in the end too. lol); burping the system while adding fluid in. My vaccum bleeder kit came with the right adapter. I'm 99% sure this is the one you'd need if yours didn't come with it (Steelman No. 4 Sized Steel Radiator Test Adapter Cap Replacement for Steelman Cooling System Test and Purge Kit): www.amazon.com/dp/B0C9L5Q8JW One thing I thought of after working on my ISB's cooling system is to add a Fumoto valve at the bottom of the radiator (where my 'drain' plug is/your coolant line going to the oil cooler on yours). Next year when I change my coolant again I was going to add it to my bike. On yours you'd have to use a barbed T, but the idea I had is to use the valve to not only make it very easy to drain the system, but to refill it you could use a fluid transfer pump to fill the system from the bottom-up, displacing the air as you go. Oh and the torque spec on the starter is "Make It German": Guttentight (good and tight). 😂

There is a special place under the seat for pouring coolant into the expansion tank and cooling system)
