Girl Power! I replaced mine in 2.5 hours,,Had a problem with the tiny little clips, the handle that came in had green clips facing wrong way, I used the white ones from my old handle that faced the right way for the lock, then the other white one broke so i used the new green one for the handle, it worked, but pain in the butt,,finally realized the pull bars/wires ends actually have to go up inside the hole of the clip then clip onto the pull bars/wiress, then shove the whole thing in the tiny holes in the handle that hold the clips, used pliers to squeeze em up in there, anyway, your video was all I used for instruction, the job is done, I am Victorious!! Thank you for your awsome vid!!

Thanks for the video. The replacement took about 45 minutes. The tip about rehanging the door on the top edge first. Only problem I had was in re-aligning the door for installation and I did not read that tip until I had already finished.

@KevNLayy We currently do not have an auto repair video that shows you how to fix the door handle on a 2005 Kia Spectra. However on most vehicles there usually is a small plastic clip on the rod that snaps into place to help secure it to the door handle. If you're really stuck, you could also take the other door panel off and see how it is suppost to connect. Hope this helps.

@NASTYJ6 You have to put the screwdriver in right above where the handle pivots pry up and pull out then right below pry and pull.

Can you make a video for the front door actuator? I've been trying to use some of these videos to try to get an idea on how to remove the linkage rod of the busted actuator but there is a lot of plastic that is covering it. These videos helped me a lot. Thanks.

I replaced the door handle on a 96 Camry today. The video was right on target. Caution to check operation of handle and lock before putting the door panel back on. Hang the door panel on the top ledge first and everything lines up when putting it back together. Took less than an hour.

@BigLongJon21 One of the connecting rods to the door handle or latch mechanism may have broke. If it feels like the door handle broke then you may need to replace it, in order to open the door again.

Thanks, guys. Very informative. I think I can fix my 1991 Camry handle, but I want to know if the process and parts are essentially the same as the 92-96. Or is there something different I need to be aware of?

Gonna have to try this out. Snapped my handle off close to the lock, still able to open it but yesterday I sliced my finger when my hand slipped. Gonna check out the video for the exterior one too, I think I’ve got two broken exterior handles. I swear to god I’m not breaking them on purpose, my life’s just a sick comedy.

my plastic driver side inside door pulling handle snapped off abt an 1 hour ago! i am very frustrated anxious. how much does this cost? how much is the labor? can i who knows 0 about this buy this handle and put it. i am poor in mechanical ability. i need close up step by step help i cant see much in this video.

If the plastic clip broken, you will need to replace the door handle.
