are there any adjustments that can be made to this regulator/motor? my driver's window rattles when up all the way with music is playing but otherwise functions properly. doesn't seem to rattle when the window is cracked open or down
My window is slow to go down in the beginning of the cycle. I am afraid it will not go down at all now. Is there a way to manually lower the window regulator to the bottom of the door panel so I have access to remove the bolts?
Great video, but my stuck window is in a 1998 Camry that has manual, rather than power, windows. Do you have any videos for a non-power window 98 Camry?
Hi 1A Auto, Could you tell me the name of the door clip you pulled out in 1:19. It is on the outside of the door panel. I need to order one and there is whole punch of clips and I want the right one. Pease reply to me thanks
+heynow828282 You would have to remove the motor from the regulator somehow to get it to move. It may be a bit hard, but it's required to get the regulator out. Hope that helps! 1AAuto.com
@@heynow828282 kinda late but you just unbolt the whole thing let it fall reach up unscrew the glass then once the glass is off you can just take it out
This is exactly what I need to do, except I don't need a new regulator. It seems that the bolt holding the clip under the window to the track has come loose. I have the bolt, but here is the issue: while the Corolla you are showing has phillips head screws to disconnect the speaker, mine has rivets. I have found videos about replacing the speakers but I don't want to do that. Any ideas? It is a 2011 Corolla S model.
+dpelland66 Thanks for watching! Some parts are riveted on from the factory, and if they need to be removed you have not choice but to drill them out and replace them with nuts and bolts, or self tapping screws. 1aauto.com
