Not a great video. He leaves out several important bits. The head light has three clips that need to be pulled, in the video he mentions one and after he pulls it, the headlight just magically falls out. Not at all how it works. You can tell he knew this since he never mentions pulling the grill but it's suddenly missing for that portion of the video. For what its worth, I was able to do it without pulling the grill but you have to be very careful where you pry so you don't break the header panel. Also, the portion on aligning the head light, he never shows you how to adjust the Explorer headlight, just some stock footage of an irrelevant car and never mentions that the headlight should be adjusted left to right, not just up and down.
