@@spence2403 do you have model with hi low switch? If not do you have the power LED on yours and is it on?

@@vacuumhelp thanks for your reply, it’s the HI LO switch model, I’ve just taken it apart further and it would appear the switch is kaput as nothing is getting past it, so I’ve ordered replacements and we shall try again 🤞
