Clearly there is a division of labor here. The guy in charge of mounting the wheels is apparently the only guy allowed to use a pneumatic tool. The other poor sods are stuck twisting rusty nuts on and off 1/8" turn at a time with a socket wrench. Time to talk to the union rep.
Like watching the Indian people they are very ingenious people.and some of the old machinery they use and they use there feet when they work some of the stuff we Americans scrap they can fix
Thank you for the video! Well done Sir! Except for the 4 washers on the front “U” bolt. Gotta take a picture with your cell phone as a reference for going back together correctly.
And don't forget the nice clean corporate overalls oh and a nice shinny painted floor with designated walkway painted on the floor, and as you leave don't forget to collect the invoice which is probably 1000% if not more than these chaps will give you. Lol 😂
They don't have rear stop lights to test how alert you are. And it has a hand painted number plate because they keep running into the rear of his truck and this is a cheap fix.
What a bad job. Incredible the dirt of the place. The men work squatting or sitting on the floor. Mechanics repair engines and equipment by throwing the parts on the dirty floor, there's garbage everywhere ... Mechanics don't wear protective gear. Impressive the dirtiness of the place…
These guys seriously need to invest in a socket set. Also a torque ratchet. I don't see how they get alone without either. I'm no mechanic but when i do work on either my truck or my work cement mixer i use a torque ratchet. I will say they're bad ass at what they do.
They don't use power tools because thousands people lost theirs job. Also don't have minimum requirements of Safety glasses, masks and shoes and cloves because their party leaders will lost their jobs . Only human rights group reliable but there are 100 times important to do somewhere.
