Hey man, just so you know, thanks for the video, all videos out there for this headphones are crap, this is the only video that actually helped me, thanks a lot
Went to these after a horrible year with Corsair Virtuosos... the wicked cushions are my upgrade.. even though the cushions that come with them are very comfy!
I bought them for mine, the quality is excellent but unfortunately they are extremely uncomfortable after a short period of time, I had to go back to the original cushions
I'm sorry to hear about the discomfort you're experiencing. Our earpads have a thicker and firmer foam, which typically takes between 2-3 weeks to soften up and adapt to your ears.
@@WickedCushions I’ve used them for roughly 60hrs of gaming and just didn’t notice a change in comfort, I love the quality and how deep they are but I believe the issue is the depth of the cushion causing more pressure due to the tighter fit of having the deeper cushion
I suggest using them for a couple more weeks. If you still experience discomfort after that time, please reach out to us at cs@wickedcushions.com, so we can assist you further.
Unfortunately you might need the butterknife method then, these are very tough as I said in the begining of the video. I have no idea why they made it so hard to remove.
Many after market ones have cheap plastic, and the tabs snap off the. you go to remove them for cleaning / replacment. Do you have these issues with your product?
Our earpads are built to be durable, but if they do break, we’ve got you covered with a 365-day warranty. You can clean them without removing the earpads unless you need to clean them underneath. I will add, the build of the blackshark pads makes it not a good idea to remove the pads frequently, the tabs size inevitably makes them fragile
Might pick these up when they come out as I just returned a pair of Nova 7s and got this headset instead. I do think their stock cushions are great, but I did really like your cooling cushions for my old Arctis 7s. Couldn't hurt to try them at least.
Been waiting a long time for this, the white earpads have not faired well lol - got a question too, will they be available to buy for people in the UK at release? and will that be via your website or amazon?
hi help please, im struggling to clip in the hooks, they dont look nearly as straight as the ones in the original pads, and i cant get them to click just like how you've done so in the video
So i just got these, and i want to change the pads because they are really flat, but i don't like how the cooling gel pads feel. Are there any Deep pads without gel?
Oran thank you so much for making these replaceable ear pads for this headset. I have been waiting for months for these replaceable ear pads to be created for this type of headset.
You can use Clorox Disinfecting Wipes or baby wipes (like Cottonelle) to clean your earpads. Clorox wipes effectively remove light smells and stains while preserving the color. Avoid regular alcohol wipes as they can damage the earpad’s color. After cleaning with Clorox wipes, use a simple cleaning cloth (like those for sunglasses) to wipe off any residue.
Wow these pads feel better than the ones I've tried for other headsets. Great job! I also got lucky and I was able to just pull it off 😁 This made the headset way more comfortable. I would go so far to say even Stinkin cozy! 😏
hy i got the notification email "The wait is finally over! Our upgraded Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 Edition Earpads are finally available. Check them out at the link below!". But here in germany or it is on my side i cant buy the earpads on your homepage or on amazon because out of stock :(
@@errornosignal yessir I did. I'm still kinda iffy on the headset though. It felt like the perfect headset for me minus the earcups. But I would like a flip to mute mic and metal adjustment rails to make it truly perfect
@@Chris-gx5hk I'm very pleased. So much better. They get a bit warm, but I keep my office pretty cold anyway, so no big deal. I like the extra depth for sure. I think they push out the bass on the headset a bit too, which is an extra bonus, since these aren't the best sounding headphones to begin with
I'm buying a new headset cause the ear pads are not replaceable by default from the MFG. I have had my V2's for a few years and they're oily af. And it's disgusting. Sad they didn't update that in the new model.
@WickedCushions they technically are. As most things are technically repairable. However if it's not designed with ease of repair in mind, it's not for me and I can't support it. The fact they don't sell replacement pads themselves speaks to the fact they aren't designed with replacement pads in mind. I'm not dogging on you or what you do, I think its a great thing. But as I've gotten older, I don't want to fight a company for the right to repair my own stuff. The fact that, it seems at least, that most company's just slip the pads on speaks volumes. The idea that I gotta pry stuff off the headset is ridiculous. Or, maybe it's just me and I'm being difficult. That's always an option. Atm I'm looking at just upgrading anyways to something a little more.
@@drummerkiddd1517 Got mine in last night and installed them for a couple-3 hour gaming session and I love mine. No issues with my glasses on my blackshark 2023 headset.
