this is a good question because if the top bolt brakes the space is very tight and if you were to drill the peace of bolt, best option would be an angle drill.

the bolt that doesnt come all the way out? you have to jack up the engine and remove it at an angle, oir drill a small hole in the wall that blocks it.... I dont recommend it tho. That is your strut wall I believe that goes right into the lower bushing area of your susp.
