Im about to do mine guys lol mechanic says 300 for replacement but If I do it its 125 for starter and if I bring back my old one I get 35 bucks back

radiator fluid blew all over that area. now my car won't start, the starter will soon even when u take the key out of the ignition. I couldn't get the battery disconnected, and i heard the starter show down to a slower rate? do you think the starter solenoid was shorted, or maybe the relay was shorted out causing a stuck open circuit? also, do you think that since the starter doesn't sound as aggressive as it did, the starter is now shot/burnt out?

But there were not available, they gave me the run around, so I youtube it and you popped up. First touching any of my cars. Had to pause and rewind but you made it very easy to change. ah thank you so much ! could be it BYC...but still dont know why my mechanic think spark plugs if its not turning over all the time. What typically will you see in a 2013 civic if the plug need to be changed? Will there always be symptoms i.e. idle issues, backfire, etc?

Well unless its cranking and not starting..then it may be something like that..but what i understood is that its not spinning til the 2nd or 3rd time? Well when spark plugs start going bad theyll misfire when ur accelerating or under load..then eventually theyll misfire randomly..and eventually its a full misfire
