So this is the facelifted models, 2003 and up (technically like 09/2002 and up), the differences in pre facelift= mirror clip on bottom. And the hidden screw for the door control module is inside the door handle, the handle splits in half and its inside it.

I have just bought a 2000 W220 and both the wing mirrors wobble and I think I’m Missing these rubbers maybe they disappeared after 23 years. Another job to do! Thanks for the video

ihave a problem were the wind close the mirror and it will close electronicly but not open what cause that?

Hello Sir, your W220 are just great and thanks for the share. I have 2 questions on my W220 here and wonder if you could offer some help. 1. the air vent on the driver side near the door is not blowing wind. Would you show us how to remove that airvent? 2. My seat cooling on the driver side is not working although the light will on when I push the button. Thanks so much for your help.

Ik its hella late lol, but for the airvent, if you remove the skinny wood trim strip, the same one as he removed from the door here, just pops off, youll find a single screw.think thats it.

Hey! quick ? when removing the mirror wires where do you apply pressure to get the connectors out can't get mines out. 2004 s500

Hello Lynix Hosley, I would apply pressure on the edge of the metal tab that leads inside of the door from the side mirror opening. Don't apply too much force or you will make the opening too large. Also, be sure to fold the wires and connectors then tape them so that they are as skinny as possible. This will allow the wires to fit through the opening easier. I hope this helps.
