What part are you raising the front of the vehicle on? (I need to do the same to put it on axle stands to replace the anti-roll stabilisers)

This isn't a good tutorial. The step of pre-loading the control arm was skipped when tightening. This will cause premature wear, or even tear the bushings. If you're going to do this job, find a different tutorial.
