If you have the accelerator on your ebike, this could be a problem for several "CATEGORIES OF PEOPLE" so to speak. If you understand what I mean, then follow the tutorial to be able to completely get rid of the accelerator on your ebike (I blocked it with a screw) and install a button that, if "SOMEONE" were to ask you what it is for, you could say for the lights, a horn, another change you still need to add or something.
