I swear, my gallery wasn't displaying the humans at all until I came here. It just needed to see what it was supposed to be doing in order to work, and luckily, I had your guidance after that. ^w^
if anyone is having issues where the hair vanishes after a certain distance change 'Forced LOD' Value to 0. It is found in the character BP at the bottom.
The set Leader Pose Component works like charm on interacting animation. It does not only animate the body mesh but the whole Metahuman Skeleton Mesh. (UE5.4)
After changing the Root from "pelvis" to "animation_root" the full body IK doesn't work too well. does anyone have any suggestions to solve this issue?
A few things, after following each step carefully my torso did not line up and the walking animation was rotated 90 although the character was not. Seems 5.4 didn't like this TUT
Hi, thanks for the tutorial! I have followed all the steps and the meta human seems to be working. Only problem is that I can no longer package the project, I get an "unknow error". Do you have any idea why this might be happening? Many thanks!
This tutorial seems bit outdated as in UE5.4 as the result is broken (i.e. hands misplaced, body not moving when character moves) etc. Also you no longer need to correct MH's blueprint.
Hello Unreal Engine version 5.2.1 I have a metahuman blueprint class, BP_Scairp, tied to standard mannequins. how to change ABP_Manny blend space on ScairpBlendSpace then set the target offset to My metahuman blueprint class is BP_Scairp. for some odd reason my characters eye lashes, eye brows facial hair and hair on his head doesnt show and i did everything you have done and im stil having trouble with that, what do i do?

This tut is a million times better than the last one I tried watching on how to convert a Metahuman to UE5 I can't believe I spent 4 hours on that 12 min vid, while this one I watched through once and got my char running around as expected 🦾 thank uu!
