Im going to try this method since I tried the other methods and even bought the ford TPMS sensor and it didnt work as I was told to do it in your 2nd attempt. Hope the 3rd method works.
I tried checking to see if I could wake up the current sensors since they are only about 30k miles old. 1 worked, others wouldnt respond. So now I need to replace them anyway then Ill try this method after I replace them.
Good job! And you’ve answered my question which I’ve been having trouble with which was “can I just replace the electronics without changing the valve stem ? “ Next time you’re trying to seal a bead, take a piece of rope or something, and go around the center of the treads of the tire, then twist it with something like a tourniquet. This will push the center of the tire in and make the bead come in contact with the rim better. Now I have a new question… Did you buy your clone with all the money you saved by not going to the dealership? Great job American man. 🇺🇸
I just purchased new sensors and Module on EBay($75)that reads the uninstalled sensors and fools the Computer into thinking TPMS are fine. I just keep it in the Glovebox and I’ll replace the sensors when I need new tires in a few years at that time , bonus I use it on my winter tires that don’t have sensors installed and vehicle thinks all is normal
Yeah they’re annoying. My 3 cars before this one never had them and I drove fine for years. If a tire was a little low or went flat, we figured it out without stupid sensors 😂
You are the Man. Great video. I also have a 2016 F150 ecoboost needing to replace all 4 tire pressure sensors. Great demonstration. will be tackling this soon. Thank you sir.
Yeah, complaining about 120 each. He spent less than 200 bucks for all four. Even if it would've been an even 200 he's still saving money dude. It was totally worth it.
