Hi , if transmission don’t shift from 2nd to 3rd is it because of shifting solenoid and how many shifting solenoids are there?

Problem now is to find a garage who will want to just replace the solenoid. All of them wants to reconstruct the transmission!

Are you able to tell me which one of these would be Shift Solenoid D for this vehicle. I replaced A and B but now my check engine light is back on and now it is saying Solenoid D. Thank you in advance

would a faulty solenoid also cause rough shifting? cars been shifting poorly for a while, checked out the shifter cable and bushing, and it was fine.

I replaced valve body. But now it only goes in reverse. Am i missing something?

My mechanic told me that my whole body valve would had to be replaced because replacing one solenoid is impossible 😟 he quoted me 1.5k

all those people that ask questions, and YOU not once NEVER replied. 1. you did not show if the solenoid to be bad or not. 2. it is called a transmission dip stick TUBE. . . . . not a dip stick. for what you said , is very much IMPOSSIBLE.
