Wedge a piece of wood behind the Window Regulator Track, next to the Rivet you want to Drill out. Then use a small center punch to knock the Steel Center of the Rivet out (it will pop right out, leaving only the soft Aluminum outside). It will then be very easy to drill out the Aluminum Rivets with a 5/16 Drill Bit. Do the same to each of the Rivets. Making sure to wedge a piece of wood, between the back of the Track and the Outside Door Body, before hitting on the punch. I then install 4/4" Bolts with Nuts & Lock Washer, where the Rivets were. Same thing if the Winder Motor frame is Riveted in place (as on the 88-97 Model Explorer & Rangers).
