I get it now, so if you need to replace the headlight bulb on an Audi a5 2011 you need to remove the hood, the doors, the transmission, the wheels, the rotors, the suspension, your steering wheel, your radio, your seats, your dashboard then it'll a piece of cake to swap a bad bulb with a new bulb.

For those with OEM in mind... look for Philips brand DS3 bulbs. They cost much more but are the OEM brand for Audi/Merc/BMW/et al.

Hey Tyler I finally got my headlight bulbs that I want to replace the old ones with. Question is, do I need to run diagnostics or is it not necessary? Reason I ask is because the other day I was working on the center overhead console, if that's what you call it, and my sunroof suddenly wasn't working anymore. After many attempts to get it to work I finally gave up and went to the auto mechanic and the guy said reason was because I unplugged the sunroof cable and that caused the software to reset...??? (picture me with a confused look). So he ran diagnostics and got the sunroof back up and running. So now im wondering if thats gonna happen with the headlights if I unplug them etc etc.???

I bought those same lights for my Audi as well. How well have they worked for you? & you should make a video on replacing the high beam bulbs. 👌🏼

There is the main H/L headlight, turn signal and some other smaller light. What is that one. I have never seen it lit. I bought it used. Anyone know?

You should be able to simply reach down through the space on the side, pop it out, and push the replacement in…without taking all of the cowlings off. There are other videos on this.

i did this and headlight still didnt work .. do you think its a fuse ?
