Wow. I appreciate you posting this video. It gives some decent advice on how to get some generic market information while sitting at your computer. But.. The title of this video is "How To Research a Real Estate Market (for Free)". The ONLY way to research ANY market is to physically get off your A$$ and go out INTO the market, look around, knock on doors, and ASK QUESTIONS.
A little off topic of this video, but what are different career paths someone can take in commercial real estate. I just finished my MBA and got some exposure to commercial real estate modeling and Argus. I’ve done some research but admittedly it is a little overwhelming and you are clearly well versed in this space. If you respond, thank you!
