Thank You - My Frustration came when I was holding the Reset and Release button at the same time and trying to change the numbers which only the top number would change. It wasn't covered but I noticed you didn't press the Release Button but only pressed the reset button.

Just got this lock. Instructions say to open lock by setting all 3 digits to 0-0-0 and pushing top button (A) to release cable. Well, I've tried and tried and the cable won't release. HELP! What am I doing wrong?

is it the same method if you're setting it for the first time

i have my TSA 002 cable lock unlocked but when i try to depress the tiny button like you show it does not go in like it does in your video and the dial is set at 000 so i guess my lock may be stuck or something because the little round button next to where the key goes will not go in when i press on it real hard with a pen or anything else what can i try next to reset it :)

Any advice for the one with the double lock?

Allo, I have this brand of lock and it has been functioning very well till now. My lock is stuck in the lock position with the shackle out. I have tried to reset but the lock has not been able to unlock, therefore, can't reset. Think, as I watched your video, I need to use the reset button , but, will it work if the lock is in the lock position? Please help me.

just bought the 4 number version. Did 0000 to open, then tried to set the code but the bottom would not move and the pencil kept coming out of the button. Now the cable will not go back in to lock it. How can I reset with a new combo to get the cable back into lock position? Geeeeeez!

So I found one of these locks and its locked. I was wondering if there's a way to reset/unlock it with out knowing the combination. I understand that this is exactly what locks are designed to prevent. But I'm just try to use it. It's been sitting in my room for years now
