It might be a hardware issue…try to unplugged the wire and connect it again and follow that same process..if still not getting connect contact to service Center
My Bose 500 smart speaker just blinks white when switched on and light goes away, full black screen after 5 to 10 seconds. (Speakers were previously working fine). Reset and recovery doesn't happen as the combination keys doesn't work, only the mic button works. Tried to connect manually to system, but again cannot enter service mode as Pressing and holding the Volume - and Volume + buttons for 5 seconds does not work as well. Can you kindly help me.
