Thanks! This worked out very well. In fact, after I followed the instructions of the first few steps, the screen asked me to confirm that I wanted to reset the Inspection light... I didn't even need to go to the next step. I just hit "ok" and it was done. This was on a 2016 Passat. Thanks again for your help!

Passat 2011 tdi, How do you change from kmh to mph? Also why does the digital gear show wrong gear. Eg asking to change up yo 6th when already in 6th gear?

What does a car like this go for at auction in the U.S.? American cars are always cheaper. I just bought a 2008 Passat fully loaded with 165000KM up here in Richmond, BC at an Adesa dealer auction. I paid $3,100CDN + fees and freight. Roughly 100,000 miles but we use KM's. Pretty sure your dealer auction house is Adesa too?!?!?

Should note to release the OD button after it started, before pushing the other button.

the 2015 golf TDI does not have the button on left for the final step. so it did not work sad.

I went to take my Jetta for an oil change and they told me to come back when the inspect light came on and don’t go by the number on the sticker provided. Does this make sense?
