The left earbud lights work and button because you can hearthrough on or off yet there is not one bit of volume. Ive cleaned them and reset them and followed your video aswel. Anyone else have this issue? There not dirty at all or inside.

Not sure if you can help. This is my 3rd pair of jabra 75t. And out of nowhere the volume decreased by over 75% in my right earbud alone. In two previous pairs the volume decrease was in BOTH ear buds. I've reset these 3 times. Installed the app, manually unpaired and re- repaired the buds, but no luck. Any suggestions?

😊I thought I was the only consumer mocked up by jabra. This is my 4th consecutive warranty return set due to failures. Never had an issue with my two Apple earphones though. My only suggestion is to stop considering Jabra a serious company, they simply don’t care at all. Buy apple instead. Any issue is solve right away without bla bla bla.

I had this issue and after following the guide to reset the buds the left one did not work still. I did notice there is a small button next to the the charge points. I pushed this on the left bud with a small pin and it reset the left bud and started working again.

How many seconds did you push with a small pin? Did you see any light flashing? Thanks for help. ubep

@@giadagiaguaro it was a brief push and not held for any length of time, the left bud then flashed once. once you have done this put them back in the charge case. Re pairing with the phone or device may need to be done after to reset them.

My right 75t is either super low volume, static poping, or completely stops working all the time despite the device indicating it is fully charged. Reset didnt help, acetone didnt help...less than 3 months old. Left one plays at lower volume than it did when new. REALLY pisses me off. I have a Jabra warranty and tried to contact them and have zero call backs or emails other than the one that says they need to contact me...

Try cleaning out the tiny holes on the body of the headphones next to the ear holes. Use a paperclip or something and just clean out any dirt in there. Has worked for me several times.

For me, the same, after putting on the headphones, they sound the same for a while, after a dozen or so seconds the law sounds quieter. I've had these headphones for almost two years. Everything is clean everywhere :(

@@zbigniewiwanicki6253 I ended up getting them exchanged via warranty. Youre likely stuck with them after 2 years though, but honestly 2 years is probably decent lifespan.

Mine blink red when I plug them into the charger. They blink blue for a millisecond when I pull them out. I can't get them to blink outside of that including holding the buttons down for any duration.

This doesn't work if the right button doesn't recognize you are holding the button. Mine just clicks like the volume is going up, and it doesn't connect at all. Forcing a firmware reset and update with the one that can still connect is the only way I've temporarily resolved this.

I had this issue, see my other post on this RU-vid thread ref using a pin and pushing the hidden button on the left bud. Hope this helps.

The right earbud connects to your phone through Bluetooth. The left earbud connects to the right earbud. There is not a direct connection from the left bud to the phone, unfortunately.

Not worked for me :( Also on video you can see a blue light on left one when he pull its out from base cover, in my case I no have lights not matter I do.
