JBL FLIP5 RESET It is that easy!
If your Flip5 acts strange, try the reset first. Maybe this helps!

Can only connect to audio. No longer calls? Used to work. Tried reset but same thing. Same with all phones I have tried so definitely the speaker. Any ideas out there?

I think FLIP5 doesn't have a microphone, therefore no calls.

I need help with my jbl flip 5 I reset it (note before I reset the flip 5 it worked perfectly fine) after I reset my flip 5 it stopped working first It turned off and on by itself then I went to reddit tried some of thier tips those made it only turn off by itself and not turn off and on but it won't try anything with Bluetooth

Absolutely no sound from my flip 5, out of the sudden while playing music it stopped working. I resetted it and everything but still the problem remains. I cant even hear the power on and off sounds

Bluetooth problem . My JBL Flip 5 (firmware version 0620) has an audio stutter. I have identified this to be linked to my bluetooth K380 Logitech keyboard. 1) When both are on; there is an audio stutter on my JBL Flip 5. 2) Switch off (bluetooth) K380 Logitech keyboard; audio stutter stops immediately. What I have tried : a) Delete an re-install all related bluetooth devices. b) update drivers Additionally I have a SONY SRS-XB12 speaker (bluetooth) No audio stutter problem

@mygiguser I found this one as well. But it doesn't say anything about how to reset the speaker. I'm so glad about this video because it saved me a lot of nerves trying to connect the speaker to the laptop after connecting it to the phone. Idk but my speaker behaves kind of weird, and my best guess is that it's an intended behavior, but I don't understand it due to lack of clear documentation. A manual with a description of ALL the functionalities would be really helpful... and appropriate for a rather expensive speaker like this...

Hey my JBL flip 5 keeps cutting out while connected to my PC but works just fine when connected to my iPhone/iPad. Any idea what the solution might be? I'm thinking there might be a setting I could change on my PC. (I have already tried resetting and updating drivers.)

interference or bad reception. could be the phone or the speaker antenna. take it to another location and see if it works better.

@@mygiguser yea it works just that my friend locked it or reseted and know I don’t knwo how to make it work the power botton light up but no the Bluetooth it happend before and i fix it but I don’t Remeber 😞

@@abnerlanderos2694 same thing is happening to mine😭 it turn on/off but Bluetooth function is not responding. It doesn’t light up at all. The only thing that works is when I lock it. All the buttons light up. But other than that the power button is the only thing that works. Idk wht to do😩

If your flip 5 won't turn on hold down the power button and the plus button at the same time for at least 5 Seconds.

Oh yeah thanks yo, mine froze all the lights were on an no response when I press all buttons .. although I had to try it a few te before I got it right. Jus stopped working while I was jamming out now tht it's fixed back to jamming.. y'all have a good evening
