I'm so grateful for your life work here on RU-vid. I love it! Your reset of vagus nerve was the key that unlocked my body from permanent freeze mode. Every exercise is helping me getting out of the freeze mode. I hope one day I will be able to afford you for more personal instructions. ❤

I wish I had found these videos before my full thyroidectomy! maybe it would have gone a different course. Anyways, will do the exercises that are relevant for this stage and will lso share them with my physio. We did similar exercises with the incision area and they definitely changed my posture, my sensations and my balance post surgery!

I had a hard time following these exercises and gave up. It would be nice if you went through the whole set and some more angles would be helpful. I’d love to try this!

Merciiii Always a big release when I pull my ears… full body meridians in there🤩 This time../ it made my right jaw clicked… had big problems with left jaw clicking and jamming years ago… but it’s always there when I have to open wider for the dentist 😅😊

You mixed up fingers in this. I thought thumb and index finger pull away and other 3 pull towards you but then you say thumb and ring finger ( which is the 3 rd finger …. So which is it?

Same based on what he pointed at, away is thumb and ring finger, and towards you is index, middle finger, and pinky. I think he mistakingly called the pinky a ring finger thats all

In kinesiology it’s very important to trace the figure of eight going upwards at the crossover point in the center. I’m wondering if we should do the same in these exercises?

Hi Priya Have your vitaminD levels checks. If its low you may supplement. Fm watching many videos on hashimotos , I gathered that vitaminD helps with hashimoto. Fm SheriD South Africa

This is so interesting. I am assuming we are moving fascial tissue around the chinese medicine meridian lines. The direction you twist your torse here is different than the direction on your fascial finger release video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-trzp2M1o5-8.html. Is twisting the torse into the side of the hand you are working on specific for thyroid or is it just important to twist either direction and you choose into the focus hand this time for the video? Thank you.

There are ways to use towels and other things to assist you and even get greater leverage on the fascia. If you go to our app or the link in our bio on social media channels You can join our app and Facebook group where there is lots of help as many people of had this issue. Also you can work with the coach to modify the Maneuvers so that they work for you. Let us know how we can help
