I love the video finding it hard as your left is my right so have to close my eyes and listen to first instruction .if any one else is having problems .
I wish i could find this locally for myself. I have been going to therapy for a long time. When i see people being held like this at first i thought it was crazy but thinking about it, it's human nature for us to need the physical touch of another person. I would release so much if I'd do this. Thank you for your channel
Powerful, had a traumatic brain injury as I was 9 hit my head in the ground and got a severe brain bleeding with a chronic brain injury I live with. Lots of headaches migraines and other issues. I also had a lot of concussions. How often should I/ can I do this. And any other movement and things can I do? Have 2 big scars over my head
I would love to get something like this done. My jaw is clicky and sounds gritty. I put it down to giving birth I had gas and air and I was biting down so hard during labour. I have pelvic pain now and sciatica. And my lower back aches all day long. Other things have happened in my life and I was told that you store your emotions in your hips. That I would believe.
