I just respect the fact that those youg men are working, and not running the streets!!

How he went around both sides of that tire at the beginning with a hand knife, and didn't puncture the inner layer - is simply amazing skill.

And i suddenly find myself glad I live in a developed country. Hats off to these guys.

Much respect to these young guys .....that's some hard ass work !!

These workers always, always, always amaze me. OUTSTANDING We need to get some of our American Gen X and Z kids over there to see that there is nothing wrong with sweating, messing up your hair or (God forbid) get your hands dirty.

Total respect. It is so nice to feel humbled by people who lucky for us, do their jobs with pride. Here in the West we stand to loose any and all traces of that past. Technology is the worst, it does not change with our need for it, we always loose so many skilled due to automation and jet we have no real understanding of it. I hope for a time when we can turn back to shopping at a market with our family in hand and stop to chat with likeminded people. Were we as young children, stand in ore of the skills of old men. Am I alone with these wishes? I too lost my airbrushing skills that took 4 years to hone, to Photoshop and similar apps. I watched as Typesetters also lost their ability to work more. Some call it progress, yet for some it´s a society that won´t bend.

the blue shirt guy is clearly new in the field, and it is just really good to see that the experienced person is teaching him the ropes. you see the initiative when he see the new guy struggling on something he not direct him and yell but shows him how to do it. wish most industries does dis. I mean older people do this cuz they have respect and act mature.

Another example of what some people can do without much help from modern technology and no safety equipment. They refurbish what we would call Junk and make the item live to see another round of important work to keep the circle of life going round and round. Definitely pre Bandag..!! I use to work in a re tread shop in the mid 90s, hot as hell with those chambers. I think we started at 4:30 am, to beat the afternoon heat. Very dirty work, Canton, Oh.
