I only use zman on the Waikato for trout I just brought another packet today which I'm about to go try out this afternoon hopefully they work like the rest catching big browns
If in a boat or kayak cast in the direction of the current i.e ahead of where you are drifting, ideally use a drogue to control the rate of your drift. Work the bait back towards you with short flicks of the rod to mimic a bait fish. Practice this in shallow water where you can see your bait. Keep at it and you will catch fish.
