How to rig the perfect weightless worm completely weedless

Trust me. None of you have met me, but trust me anyway, take a leap of faith. First, Tequila Sunrise, I bought a bag of 13 a week ago and two ponds later I'm down to 3. Why? Well, I'll be honest, they are rubber worms, but they are thin and "delicate" for lack of a better way to say it. I bought another bag of 13 on Amazon for $5.42 counting tax. Walmart was out of them. I fish a pond very close to my house that for the last two months has been nothing more than a bathtub full of green water. It was covered in Moss, nothing was working. I watched his video, took a leap, and used the Power Worm. No more than 6 casts and a few feet up the bank later, 6 pounds 1ounce. After that I got two more picture worthy bass, but not weigh worthy. After that, I got tons on top of tons of wimpy hits and taps and strikes from what I like to call toddler bass. My hook was too big for them put it in their mouths. In one case I got so tired of missing them on hook sets, I played with them. I would slowly move the worm back to me, "pow, pow, grab, pull". At one point I would just reel it slow, one little bass did grab on and start to run off as I reeled in. Finally I just yanked straight up and got him. But, the downside of this is that I destroyed 8 worms with all the yanking and missing. Now I see why. I also worked a worm across a patch of vines that are common in this pond and two others I fish. The worm found a hole and dropped into it. "JACKPOT!!!" Not 6 pounds, but worth a photo. He's not wrong. Whether it's the tail action or the color or the taste when they grab on, who cares, I'm a tequila man. Thanks for the tip my friend.
