What do you think? Is main character energy helpful?

The first time I ever heard of Main Character Syndrome it was in a mocking way and I was like, "Why shouldn't they be the main character of their own life?" I get that some people are like that in a """narcissistic""" way, but people mock others who just exist in the world in an abnormal way and then make fun of them for it. It's bullying "weird" people, but repackaged and rebranded; bullying but making it "okay" by calling people's weirdness automatically attention-seeking because THEY paid attention to it. It's so strange. Anyway, great video and tips! ❤

Omg I love that! 🫶🏻 I like to think of goals and self care as waves. They ebb and flow. You were at low tide for a minute. Now it’s high tide time!
