You can use over and over again gas siphon if you clean it properly. You can use paint thinners, mineral spirits or white spirit. Then pressing many times the marble inside and using something that can pass through the siphon, you can scratch the walls and remove as much as you can. I cleaned completely 3 times.

Pretty sure it’s a PCV valve for a car. But not used to seeing them in brass..

Unfortunately Tremco is not available in my country and I couldn't find a similar sealant. So I used 50% silicone and 50% pu sealant and dissolved them with White spirit(paint thinner,mineral spirits) so it can flow outside of the gas siphon and not be that runny.
