How to rotate winter tires on a 2018 Mazda 3, or how to replace a tire, how to jack your car into the air. In this example I will be moving my front tires to the rear and my rear tires to the front in preparation for winter. I prefer to have General Altimax tire's on all four wheels for snow driving, but they were out of stock, so I was stuck settling for two Altimax tires and two Uniroyal Tigerpaws. This video shows how to swap the tires. I also experiment with white lithium grease as a measure to prevent my wheels from sticking to the hubs (rusting together), I'll evaluate the results in the spring, when I change back to summer tires.
