DEVENDER SINGH 26 days fot 58sec is less, but you can achieve it by planning and working more on techniqje. Try running first 800meters slow. Use electrolytes between running, take good proteins. Also stress more on technique especially last 400 meters
DEVENDER SINGH I generally don't recommend ankle weights because they spoil technique. However in your routine you can put them once or twice in a week. Rest follow a routine and work on your core strength. Work on your upper body also

I have to run a 7 minute mile in about 2 months, right now I'm doing it in 10 minutes. I live in an area where the temperature at night is around 30 degree centigrade, whereas the temperature will probably be around 40 centigrade when I have to run a 7 minute mile for a physical exam. Should I train in warm clothes at night to acclimitize my body to the heat? Thank you.
Run in normal clothes. No need to bring yourself in stress. On the race day which is just once, more different will be from your time and technique rather than temperature.
