Nathan Pennington, MBA is the founder of rundreamachieve.com and holds personal bests of 9.27 for two-miles, 4:22 for the mile, 14:18 for 5K, 31.09 for 10K, 50:54 for 10-miles, 1:07:06 for the half-marathon, 1:44:05 for 20 miles and 2:19:35 for the marathon. He is a former member of the US Army World Class Athlete Program and two-time world armed forces cross-country team qualifier.

Your intro was super motivational... just believing it is possible. I did a 19:47 in Dec 2023 and now want to go for sub40 10km for the first time in my life (at 42 years of age). Thanks for the video!

Thanks Coach! I ran today according with your sub 39’ 10k plan; warm up + 7 miles at 160bpm + Cool Down; I did that and I ran 11.32 km at 4:00’/km and 161 bpm; getting a 10k time of 39:54; my Z4 threshold zone is 160-167 and finished this week 3/12; I think is gonna be easy to break that 39’ because I spent 11 min at Z3 and 33 min at Z4 with a maximum 163 bpm finishing those 7 miles.

i tried to take my life i jumped from a bridge. after that i stopp with drugs. and start training and i run a 10 km in 38:49. i like your videos keep it up

Just purchased sub 40 min plan. Im running 40min 10k at the minute. Would you suggest adjust paces on plan as I’m definitely not ready for sub 35 10k . Thanks
