Wow, the notes on getting your "Meeting Pulse" is just golden. Thanks, EOS, for helping us build a clear agenda for much more effective meetings. Even if in your company you haven't adopted every detail of the Traction model, the stuff about consistency and speed is valuable. I might propose that for most of us, especially those of us in professional services businesses, getting this squeezed down to 45 minutes might increase the enthusiasm we receive from every team member. Cheers!
Game Changer! My clints love the structured effectiveness and efficiencies which are allowing greater productive across teams and an overall increase in the businesses ROI.
This is awful. Workers! Wouldn't you rather work in a place where you had a voice and autonomy? Where you and your fellow workers get to decide how the business is run? Where you get to decide where the profits of your labor go? Do you like being told what to wear? How long you can have lunch? How many breaks and for how long? When you need to come to work and leave? Do you like working overtime for free? WORKERS CO-OPS!!!
He says this is specifically for leadership meetings. One of the #1 complaints about meetings is that it wasn’t necessary. This gives meetings purpose and familiarity. When I worked at a bank, we had short staff meetings that were run nearly the same every week. This was to get us on the same page as a team. This format does the same, but again, this layout is for company/non-profit leadership.
@PiceaSitchensis you seem confused. EOS and L10 Meetings are for businesses and people to become better, thus helps everyone who's working become happier and more productive in both work and life! Subsequently making the world a better place. You should try it.
