Hi guys, so Spa Day refresh is here and I had so much fun building a tropical spa and playing with it. But we can’t own a spa lot and I want to own and run a Nail Salon so badly. So today I will be sharing with you a detailed guide on how to run a successful Nail Salon on a Retail Lot in the Sims 4 and how to earn money from offering manicure and pedicures and at the same time earning from selling nail kits and other beauty products.
I built this Nail Salon in Newcrest.
Lot Details:
4 Massage Chairs
Display Items to sell Beauty Products and Nail Kits
2 Showers
2 Toilet
3 Styling Station
2 Photo Studio
1 Mini Bar

I wish they’d give us the career already and add the education in university lol obviously people want their sims to be able to be a cosmetologist !

Yesss! I totally agree with you! I hope they will give us an update in university and add more career. Now we can only make believe and do free lance :/ I just check out your channel. Your nail art are beautiful!! I can never do them, I tried on my own and they are just a big mess 😂

Sims always misses the bar when it comes to realistic things. I’ve never taken a manicure client standing up lol. It’s so annoying that they stand to do it. But nice vid

I know right! I’ve never seen anyone doing a manicure while standing up. We need proper table and chair for this. But oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thank you for the compliment ♥️ I really appreciate it 🥰

Hi, it is my pleasure to share 🥰 do you have the Spa Day pack? You will need Spa Day for the massage chair. First make your build into a retail lot Second get your sims to purchase the retail lot as business Third set the items you want to sell for Sale Then place the massage chairs in your retail lot Once everything is in order, get your sim to open business in the retail lot and customers will come pouring in. When the customers enter the shop, get your sim to tend the massage chair and offer manicure/pedicure to the customers 😊 I hope this helps. ♥️

Hiii. I tended a chair at my retail store but when I click on any customer, it doesn't show any option for offering anything with money. I want to earn money from it. But in your game it showed few options for offering with money. What should I do?💗

Can you do this w/o adding sims to your household? Hiring them as employees?

Yes you can hire other sims as employees but I don’t think you can hire your household members as the employees.

The flower wall is from the Eco Living Pack. It was actually a small piece of wall decoration but I stack 6 of them together to make it into a wall.

Hii! It’s actually a shop but I turn it into a nail salon business. You will need the Get to Work pack and Spa Day pack and then place those massage chairs from Spa Day in your shop 😊

No it doesn’t make a difference to this Nail Salon. But the styling station is from the Get Famous pack, you can always replace it with something. The main pack here is Get To Work and Spa Day pack for the nails.

It would be good if you'd tell which Packs one need. So not having "Go to Work" it won't be possible for me. Would have been great lnowing that before I watched the video.
