How do you compact the sand down?

Water just spray it down. This will work just as well. Only to be done after pavers are blown clean. You should use a machine setting new pavers but doing a refresher on the sand you won't. Unless the pavers are uneven.

Didn’t use water just added the sealer

@@WeDoIt4YouPWwithout water that sand won’t activate. And sealing it will prevent it from getting wet.

U can use the sealer that’s why you do 2 coats ( first one is a FLOOD coat )

You have to activate the polymeric sand with water. They scammed me $4000.00 did the same way and first rain all sands came out. Washing failed polymeric sand was very hard.
