How so? In two weeks time your talking about spending almost $4,000 in fuel as well as $2-3,000 on your rental not to mention food/ hotels before you receive pay from amazon. So your telling me someone needs to rethink their life choices if they dont have $8,000 saved up??

@@truckingempire563 no, I'm saying that if your expenses are such that you can't wait TWO weeks, then yeah re-examine. Most likely you're paying on credit card anyway, so that buys you ~30 days to get paid. Don't give your money away. But if you're dealing with some random payor with a poor rating, well then you could justify it.

@tqdolla • I was able to get them off my Relay account, but you're not gonna like how it was done. After about 34 emails with their Accounts Payable department (which is outsourced from India who can only copy and paste answers from the FAQ page), I lucked up and spoke to a real human (from America) who expedited the removal of their bank account. DO NOT FACTOR AMAZON RELAY LOADS! Now that they pay every Thursday, it's no reason to factor. I don't care how much freight you move per week! Putting a bank account on your Relay account and not knowing the banking information for yourself will prevent you from EVER editing your payment info. RTS attempted to hold my Relay account hostage, but was outsmarted by my persistent actions. I believe I am the reason Relay now has the message "The bank account edit feature is temporarily unavailable. Please reach out to xxxxxx for further assistance" on their Payment Info tab. Maybe when RTS stopped getting my load payments deposited to their account, they possibly emailed someone who confirmed that the banking information was not theirs anymore, and possibly made a big fuss about it. I told RTS prior to allowing them access to my Relay account, that I won't have them factoring my Relay loads for a long period of time. Of course, like true sneaky-sleazy salesmen, they said I had nothing to worry about. It wasn't until I was ready to remove them from my Relay account, I noticed I had to input the current banking information first, I called Team63 (RTS's factoring department reps) and asked them to remove it and they stalled me for a week. I asked them for the banking information and they never got back with me. Like I said, I lucked up and got my Relay account back and changed my password to remove RTS's access. When they couldn't access my account, I noticed they didn't bother contacting me because THEY ASSUMED my future Relay payments would automatically go THEIR bank account. Little did they know, they would be begging me to give them my password to access my account so they can see where the deposits are going 😂 After all of the turmoil they put me through, I still think RTS is a great factoring company when working with brokers off other load boards, JUST NOT AMAZON RELAY. My contract with RTS has been expired over a month now and they still have yet to give me my Notice Of Release; a document needed to inform brokers that you no longer are contracted with a factoring company. RTS knows eventually you'll need this document, or else brokers will have no choice but to pay your factoring company before they pay you directly. RTS counts on this gray area to hold Carriers hostage. I even considered shutting down my Authority just to start fresh with a new MC number. That was a VERY EXPENSIVE option, but I was willing to try anything since RTS was not playing fair. I even emailed Amazon that I wanted to deactivate my Relay account, since it's impossible to terminate your account on your own; you have to request it to be done. Thing is, if you terminate your Relay account in an attempt to start fresh, you can no longer use your original DOT/MC credentials. You have to start fresh with a new Authority and wait the 180 days to book loads. Lastly, since I gave RTS a 60day notice I would not be renewing my contract with them, they have stopped calling and emailing me about not using my fuel card or factoring loads with them anymore 😅 When I was under contract, they would call and bother me if I hadn't used their services in a while. Now that I'm in the driver's seat, they have been quiet as church mice. Hopefully my story helps.

It means when you book a load with the "lightning bolt" symbol, after completing that trip you will get a paid invoice emailed within 12 hours after completion of each specific "lightning bolt" booked trip. 12 more hours after that it will be direct deposited into your attached Amazon Relay bank account. No factoring company needed and it will be the exact amount you booked it for. We received our lightning bolt symbol after getting 100 performance in all sections. Our primary domicile is where we always see the "lightning bolt" symbol not surrounding domiciles.

@@truckingempire563 yeah I started doing hot shots with a 40 ft gooseneck and a dually about 2 months ago. But I find it really hard to even find good loads out of south Texas, and when ever I do find a decent one it gets snatched within seconds lol. And to add to this most brokers just seem really miserable they’ll just hang up when I mention I’m a hotshot. Like they’re just always in a shitty mood. That’s why I’m trying to find a direct customer or a decent brokerage that’ll work with new authorities to keep me busy.
