Berlin Air is quite something. There are songs that praise Berlin air. Sometimes visitors from Berlin get asked to bring some Berlin air with them and I know of somebody who opened the valves of their tires to gift the Berlin air to his host.

Not that it's a "nothing" item, but this theme of novelty reminds me of the Pet Rock.
