Good presentation, but I could also add a few things based on my own experiences. 1. Be aware of the degree of formality or informality in the interviewer's speech. If he (or she) is speaking formally then be formal with them. If they are speaking informally, then use informal language yourself. 2. If you are from another country speak as idiomatically as possible. This conveys fluency and a high degree of cultural assimilation. 3. Use symbols strategically. Wear a brooch or pendant or tie clip with a positive symbol relevant to your abilities or a specific profession. For example, I often wear a dragon tie clip to interviews because it sends out a subtle message of inherent strength or passion. 4. Be partially or completely color-coordinated. This conveys attention to detail, a valuable skill in just about anything you do.

this is an international video can you explain what middle school is? in Australia we have kindergarden, then primary school then high school there is not middle school so i need to know specially what the hell that is.,

Middle School is often grades 7and 8. It can change from city to city. In my current city, because of space issues Middle school is grades 5-7. But typically it is grades 7 and 8.
