Coarse lock is like auto pilot, point it in a direction and it will automatically adjust itself. Heading lock will not adjust itself it will the direct locked in place . I hope this makes sense

Just got my Lowrance equipment installed. Thank you ! Very helpful. Realized I don't have the Autopilot icon on my pages screen. I think I need to turn that on in Settings.

I just recently got my Ghost and am playing with the navigation features. Did you change the XTE limit or Arrival Radius from the defaults? Mine would wander way off the red line so I reduced the XTE limit to keep it closer to the line. But then it had a hard time locking into anchor mode when it got to the waypoint.

I was out last night and i had a waypoint i made that i was trying to use the auto pilot mode to get to. I had no yellow x on my map, just a blue dot. I touched the chart map and nothing happened. I have the Elite FS 9. I am completely lost with this thing. Please help!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble mate. You need to tap your blue dot not just anywhere on the screen.

When you tap on your blue dot it should enlarge the waypoint number , tap on that number and thats when the box will pop on your screen like in the video.

When I try to get to Arrival Mode I don’t have that option on that page. The only options I can see are at the top called “Chart Compass” and “Selective Active Auto Pilot”. There’s is nothing below that on my HDS-Live unit. Is there a way I can see the “Arrival Mode” option that shows up on your screen? Thanks.

Is your hds live units up to date with its soft where? Is the nmea2000 cable from the ghost connected properly to the back of your hds unit and turned on?

@@charleswest1 I’m not sure about being up to date but I assume it is because Ive only had it a few months. I will have to check on that cable and see. Thanks for your reply and I will let you know what I can find out.
