How to set up your Mavic 3 Pro shutter speed to shoot like you are on set.
New Exposure Filters: bit.ly/3OkxLub
Other Mavic 3 Pro Filters: bit.ly/M3PRoND
How to reduce shutter speed on your Mavic 3 Pro to follow the 180-degree rule of shutter. At this shutter speed to frame rate ratio you are portraying motion the same way we perceive it in real life. Often when filming at higher frame rates motion is not perceived the same way as we experience it normally, causing it to look off. When shooting at lower shutter speeds you will need filters to prevent your footage from being overexposed. Yew!

Hello and thank you for the video. We are a 50hz country, so we're going to shoot with 25fps, 50fps

Very helpful video! Why aperture f 2.8? Is the f 4 - f 5.6 best Spot.

2.8 is the native aperture which means the lens is sharpest at 2.8. So the goal is to always be shooting at that

Hello! Thanks so much for this video! I have two questions.. If you're shooting in D Log M on the 3X and 7X camera (Thanks to the firmware update!), wouldn't you want to shoot at 400 ISO on those as well? Which would mean the Shutter Pack of ND Filters would make it difficult to use the 3X and 7X cameras when attached? Or is D Log M supposed to have a 100 native ISO? Also, what EV exposure is native to DJI's D Log? Should you shoot at 1 stop over exposed for the least amount of noise in post when grading? Thanks!

I have not done enough testing using DLog M on the 3x and 7x. I do know both those cameras get noisy at 400 ISO, so I would recommend ISO 100 if that is an option with DLog M. Personally I have just been shooting D Log (1x camera) with an EV at 0, and it produces a really clean image. Report back if you are seeing +1 EV is producing a cleaner image. As for ND filters, never think of them as a "Must Use". First line up all the exposure settings for your shot, ISO, Aperture, and then add an ND only if needed to get your shutter at double frame rate.

I am shooting with Mavic Pro 3 Cine on D-log ProRes in 422 HQ, and I use 5.1K resolution at 25fps. I noticed that when I tried to edit on DaVinci Resolve, my files are really slow, and I use a Mac. Is it the format I use, or is it my Mac that's the problem? What should I do?
